Extraordinary Inventions

Friday 22nd April 2016, Family Friendly

Celebrating the Kiwi No. 8 wire approach we take a look at a range of clever inventions by New Zealanders. Be amazed by the Fisher Monoplane on a test flight in 1913, an innovative pump to clean the cowshed, the world’s smallest motorcycle and many more.

A rare opportunity to see this collection of entertaining archival film excerpts presented by Nga Taonga Sound & Vision about the inventiveness of New Zealanders.

Limited seats at this free* showing.

If you miss the first free showing, a second showing will be held as part of the Late Night Museum Special. See details on Its On for tickets for the second session.
