Temporary Road Closure - Grenville Terrace

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Nelmac to temporarily close the following road to ordinary traffic between the dates listed below: 

Grenville Terrace - Number 6 to 27 

Date and time of scheduled closure: 7:30 am Monday 15 January to 5:30 pm Thursday 18 April 2023 - closed 24/7 over entire closure period.  Now extended to Friday 31 May 2024

The closure is for installing a new stormwater pipe.   

Delays are likely. Vehicle access for businesses/residents, couriers and home help will be available where possible. Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal.  

No roadside parking will be available.  

Pedestrian access will be provided.
