Proposed Road Closure - Main Road Stoke

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Downer to temporarily close the following road to ordinary traffic between the dates listed below:

Main Road Stoke - from Saxton Roundabout to Salisbury Roundabout.

Date and time of scheduled closure: Monday 13 November to Friday 17 November 2023 – 7:00 pm to 6:00 am

Contingency dates and times when closure may occur: Monday 20 November to Friday 24 November 2023 - 7:00 pm to 6:00 am

The closure is for Project work on Saxton Creek Upgrade Stage 4.  

Delays are likely. Vehicle access for Businesses and Residents will be available where possible.

No roadside parking will be available.
