Temporary Road Closure - Mount Street

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Fulton Hogan to temporarily close the following road to ordinary traffic for one day between the dates listed below: 

Mount Street – between number 83 and number 85 

Date and time of when the one-day closure may occur: Tuesday 1 November to Wednesday 30 November 2022.  Closed between 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.   

The closure is for resealing the road. Updates regarding when the work will take place will be updated on shape.nelson.govt.nz. 

Delays are likely. Vehicle access for residents, couriers and home help will be available where possible. Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal.  

Pedestrian access will be provided.
