Temporary Road Closure - Princes Drive between number 130 Princes Drive and Quebec Road

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Nelmac to temporarily close the following road to ordinary traffic on the dates listed below: 

Princes Drive – between number 130 Princes Drive and Quebec Road 

Date and time of scheduled closure: Tuesday 18 October 2022.  Closed between 7:00am to 5:00pm.   

Contingency date and time: Wednesday 19 October 2022.  Closed between 7:00am to 5:00pm.   

The closure is for the removal of a tree. There will be a crane parked on Princes Drive.   

Delays are likely. Vehicle access to residents, couriers and home help will be available where possible. Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal.  

Pedestrian access will be provided.
