Nelson's central city New Year's Eve Countdown is a great place to celebrate your way into 2024!

This family-friendly event kicks off at 6pm with fun and entertainment with Fairie Lou for the kids (and young at heart!) in 1903 Square at the top of Trafalgar Street.

Then, as the younger audience heads for home, a brilliant line-up of local bands takes to the stage to help us party our way into 2024.

Kids countdown will happen at 9pm
