Reporting urgent issues
Please contact our Customer Service Centre at 03 546 0200 (24 hours/7 days) if you have an urgent request. This service is for urgent issues that are happening 'right now' that need an immediate response (e.g. pollution of air or water, sewage leaks, burst water mains, immediate risks to public safety or infrastructure, chemical spills, dangerous buildings etc.).

Reporting non-urgent issues
For non-urgent requests you can use Antenno - a free mobile app for receiving up-to-date alerts and reporting issues quickly and easily. Antenno is also the best way to get alerts during emergencies and stay current with important things happening around you.
Issues reported using Antenno are processed during normal office hours.
You can also report non-urgent issues through our Fix-a-gram service. This service is monitored between 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Let us know about anything you've seen around town that needs attention.
Alternatively, you can call Council on 03 546 0200 or email enquiries@ncc.govt.nz to report non-urgent issues. Please remember that if you choose to remain anonymous and do not provide any contact details, then Council staff will not be able to contact you with queries or response updates.
