Online Payment

You can make payments to Council using a Visa via this secure online form. Choose one of the payment types below (only one payment at a time can be made) and fill out the required fields.

Please note the instructions for each type of payment, particularly to enter the correct reference number required.

Once you have filled out the form and clicked the 'Make a Payment' button, you will be redirected to Westpac to process your payment. When your payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the Council’s website.

Payment convenience fees

Your credit card will be charged a transaction fee. Processing fees for online credit card payments - 2% of the transaction, are added to the payment amount processing by Council’s bank, along with 20 cents for online credit card validation by Payment Express. These will not be itemised on your bank statement but included in the transaction total.

All payments are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
