Paid forward!

One-hundred tickets to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Nelson Opera in the Park were able to be donated thanks to the generosity of those who chose to pay-it-forward at the checkout.

As part of the ticket purchasing process for the concert, buyers could opt to donate $5, $10 or $25 to go toward purchasing a ticket for someone who would otherwise not be able to attend.

The tickets were gifted to English Language Partners Nelson for distribution, reaching former refugee learners and some of the amazing volunteers who support them.

English Language Partners Nelson would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who added a little extra to their bookings — the pay-it-forward system made it possible for others to attend who might not have had the chance otherwise.
