You have the option to contact the Office of the Ombudsman if you are unhappy with dealings Council has had with you (including decisions in relation an official information request).
You can contact the Privacy Commissioner if you are unhappy with how Council has treated your personal information.
Please ensure you raise your complaint with us first. If you contact the Ombudsman or the Privacy Commissioner, it is likely they will ask if you have raised your concerns with Council, and may recommend you do so before they look further into your t for you.
