Request for a LIM Report
Download the Land Information Memorandum application form.
You will need to include a copy of the current record of title which must be less than three months old and sourced directly from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). Historical or out of date titles will not be accepted.
We will also need your payment and completed application form.

Completed application forms can be emailed to LIM@ncc.govt.nz or dropped off in person at the Nelson City Council Customer Service Centre at 110 Trafalgar Street, Nelson. Payments can either be made online or processed at the service centre.
Please allow up to 10 working days for a LIM to be issued.
