These amendments provide for the following:

  1. Updating the Nelson Resource Management Plan following adoption of the Nelson Tasman Land Development Manual 2019.
  2. Implementation of Policy 11(a) of the National Policy Statement for Urban Development 2020.
  3. Removal of designation DN18
  4. Alteration of designation DTA3
  5. Amendment of minor error – DO18.1.4
  6. Heritage property updates – minor amendments to planning maps and Appendix One
