This Clause 20A minor amendment gives effect to the alteration to designation DE3 Ministry of Education – Nelson College.
This alteration removes Designation DE3 from the following parcels of land and has completed its s181 statutory process:
- 2-4 (NL7B/876, Part Section 1077 - 1078 City of Nelson - Proprietor Nelson College,
- 517669, Lot 2 DP 430237 - Proprietor Nelson College,
- 517671, Lot 4 DP 430237 — Proprietor Nelson College).
