Creative Communities Local Funding Scheme

Each year Creative New Zealand provides funding to local authorities based on a per capita basis to support arts initiatives in the community. There are three funding rounds in the year phased in July,November and April. Most projects recieve around $2000-$3000 Arts Council Nelson are funded by Nelson City Council to administer the scheme and full information can be found on their website http://www.acn.org.nz/funding.html including application forms, application guides, previous grant recipients and scheme brochures in 11 languages.
