Resource Consent Processing and Monitoring, Designations, Plan Changes and all other activity under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) will attract an initial charge (deposit) as described in the document.

Where the cost of processing the consent is not fully covered by the initial charge, additional charges will be applied (under Section 36 of the RMA).
