Bylaw 229 Wastewater Including Trade Waste and Domestic Wastewater
The Wastewater Bylaw (No. 229) came into operation 15 September 2021.
The purpose of the bylaw is to protect the health and safety of the public from the potential adverse effects of harmful substances discharged into the wastewater system. It regulates trade waste and domestic wastewater, and manages and protects our infrastructure.
