Temporary Road Closure - Halifax Street
Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Goleman Group to temporarily close the below road to ordinary traffic for two three-day periods between the dates listed below:
Halifax Street – between Trafalgar Street and number 30 Halifax Street
Date and Time when the closure may occur: Monday 3 May to Thursday 6 May 2021. Closed between 6.30pm – 6.00am
and Monday 21 June to Wednesday 23 June 2021. Closed between 6.30pm – 6.00am
Business vehicle access will be available from the Rutherford Street end of Halifax Street.
The road closure is for the installation of scaffolding and then the dismantling of scaffolding.
The decision on whether the road will be closed will be advertised on the Council's website: www.nelson.govt.nz.
