Advise us of a parking meter fault

Information required:

  • Meter number
  • Location
  • What is wrong with the meter
  • Fault infringement notice number if a ticket has been issued
  • Vehicle details if paid, and no time given
  • When and how much paid (please include date and time)

All meters are controlled by maximum parking period. Regardless of fault you cannot stay in the car park longer than maximum time.

Report an illegally-parked vehicle

Contact the Customer Service Centre with vehicle details, location, and what they are doing wrong. Please include your name and contact phone; these will be kept in confidence.

Report an abandoned vehicle
